How fast will I get a quote?



Within 4 hours during business hours (Mon-Sat, 7am-6pm PST). We'll confirm specs, discuss any customizations, and send detailed pricing including financing options.

Can I visit the factory shop to see a lift in person?



Yes! We offer factory tours by appointment in Menifee, California. You'll see our manufacturing process, meet the CEO, and be able to test-operate a lift. Schedule via phone or consultation form.

Do you offer virtual demos?



Absolutely. During your free consultation, we can do a live video demo showing setup, operation, and features. Most demos take 20-30 minutes.

Why does it take 6 weeks? Can I get one faster?



6 weeks from order confirmation. We custom-build each unit to order. Current production slots: Average production are 4-9 units.

Do you offer financing?



Yes. We partner with triocapital and Clicklease for qualified buyers.

Typical terms:

What's the warranty?



Structural components: 5-year warranty (frame, columns, base)
